Edukasi dan Pelatihan Konsultasi Praperjalanan pada Staf Medis RSUD Bali Mandara

Pelatihan konsultasi praperjalanan yang dilaksanakan pada 3 Februari 2024 di RSUD Bali Mandara bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan staf medis dalam memberikan konsultasi kesehatan pra-perjalanan. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 10 peserta, yang terdiri dari 3 dokter dan 7 perawat. Kurikulum yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini didasarkan pada standar body of knowledge dari the International Society of Travel Medicine, yang meliputi topik-topik penting seperti penyakit infeksi global, protokol vaksinasi, dan strategi pencegahan kesehatan selama perjalanan. Metode pengajaran melibatkan workshop interaktif, seminar, dan simulasi praktik. Hasil evaluasi melalui pretest dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan bermakna dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Artikel ini membahas keberhasilan pelatihan tersebut, termasuk metode dan hasil yang dicapai, serta rencana untuk evaluasi penerapan pengetahuan dalam praktik klinis di masa mendatang. Evaluasi tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan dan menyempurnakan program pelatihan ini, yang akan terus berkontribusi pada peningkatan layanan kesehatan pra-perjalanan di RSUD Bali Mandara.
