Abstrak

Pengabdian masyarakat ini mengatasi tantangan transformasi digital administrasi pendidikan dasar melalui implementasi sistem informasi terintegrasi berbasis Microsoft Access 2016 di SD IT Al-Ahya Mariana. Metode ADDIE diterapkan secara partisipatif, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan yang mengungkap inefisiensi sistem manual dengan waktu pencarian dokumen 3-7 menit dan risiko kerusakan dokumen 35%. Sistem yang dikembangkan menampilkan antarmuka intuitif dengan modul data peserta didik, pendidik, dan pelaporan otomatis. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi signifikan: waktu pencarian berkurang menjadi 10 detik (97%), penghematan biaya operasional 30%, dan peningkatan kapasitas SDM 100% dengan skor kepuasan pengguna 4.7/5. Implementasi ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan appropriate technology berbasis user-centered design mampu menciptakan transformasi digital berkelanjutan di lingkungan pendidikan dasar dengan sumber daya terbatas, sekaligus memperkuat peran strategis perguruan tinggi dalam percepatan digitalisasi pendidikan.
